Sunny Australia Day

SJ and I spent the day down on Mornington Peninsula today, spent most of our time around Sorrento/Portsea. The weather was lovely (though my shoulders are a little pink this evening).

Though the water was a little too cold for swimming...
This sign was on a bridge on our way in, apparently I was coming home.
This was lunch...
...with a great view. Sometimes the best things in life are free, aren't they?
This was dessert :-) resisted buying more than one (and a few chocolate buttons) since we have those Koko Black ones for the Moonlight Cinema tomorrow.
And a panorama, you'll have to click on it to see it properly though.

In other news, I have recently joined pinterest and twitter. Still not sure what to post on twitter and posting from my phone is difficult so I won't use it much, I do like reading what other bloggers have tweeted though. Pinterest should be good for helping me work out my 'style' and all sorts of fun things. If you use either of the above, let me know in the comments, I would love to follow you :-)

  1. Looks like a fun day! We went out for a bush walk near Greenvale. I came home with unexpected sunburn. It's really not Australia Day without unexpected sunburn ;)

Also, I'm now following you on Twitter AND Pinterest because I'm totally a creepy stalker like that! ;)

  4. What a glorious day! It rained and poured here all day, so it was a pretty miserable day all around!
