My staple dinner when I am cooking for myself, I'd eat them almost every night. So good after exercising because they're quick and healthy, you could easily get home from work and cut up all your ingredients before going for a run, come back and cook it all up. I wish I had done that today before Bikram Yoga, would have meant I ate much earlier and wouldn't have gotten so hungry!
Yoga was different today. Definitely hotter, probably because it is hotter outside and there were so many more people inside. The poses were a little easier, knowing what was coming made it easier to focus too. Didn't drink enough water in advance and should have had an anti-histamine but otherwise good. Looking forward to going back tomorrow.
And looking forward to my leftover stir-fry tomorrow afterwards :-)
