Oops.

I may have gone on a little spending spree at the MAC counter during my lunch break. I needed a good foundation and mascara (I don't really own one) but was so impressed with the little makeover the artist gave me that I bought a 'few' more products. My reasoning being that they will last, I deserve them, they aren't chocolate (so well within 12wbt rules) and when I wear them all to the wedding on Saturday I am going to feel so much happier with how I look.

The OPI Blue Shatter is for this weekend too. Asked for suggestions on VF for something to match my dress and was told to go for it with blue. None of the ones I looked at really suited my colourings though. The Blue Shatter works with my skin and my dress, thinking of layering it over OPI DS Classic or my Ultra3 Gold Rush Fever. Or attempting some sort of feature nail flower thing with it. Will post the results on Saturday :-)
And a quick little shot of the card SJ made me for Valentine's Day. Not an artist, but oh so sweet :-)

  2. I had a slip up today. But it was Emerson at Big W so I feel that really I am embracing Frugal February. Aren't I?

    That card is too cute.

  7. That's a lot of MAC indeed :)

I am a cheapskate though, and get all of mine from the US, using a forwarding service. Even with postage it still works around 50% cheaper :)
