Mary Poppins

Had a lot of fun at Mary Poppins with my family last night. Definitely takes me back to my childhood a little. Mum made the comment that Mary Poppins the first movie she ever remembers seeing in the cinema...I think the first movie I ever saw was Fern Gully, but that's another tale.

We had a light dinner at QPAC, I had roast carrot and vegetable soup so I decided that meant I was allowed a white and dark chocolate mousse for dessert...

If I was there with SJ I would have bought one of these cute picnic baskets to eat on the grass.

Lots of things to buy but I was good. Would have loved a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious beach towel, was my favourite song in the musical. The dance moves spelled out/acted out the letters. Check out the youtube video if you don't intend to see the show. Love it! 

We tried to hitch a ride with Mary but the winds changed too quickly for us. Maybe next time.
